The New Chevy Camaro 2017:1LT

In the past, Camaro owners may have felt like they were sacrificing by settling for the base model, but that has now changed. The 1LT comes standard with a 2.0 turbocharged, four-cylinder engine that brings 275 horsepower to the table. If this isn’t enough, you can always opt to upgrade to the 3.6-liter V6. It also comes with 18-inch wheels, a rearview camera, and keyless ignition. The adjustable driving modes, power seats and leather-wrapped steering wheel add to the sporty yet luxurious feel. You’ll be able to find this version of the vehicle at just about any Chevy Camaro dealership. Despite being what most would call the “base model”, drivers are still going to enjoy the experience of driving and the quality that has become synonymous with the Chevy Camaro.

2LT

The 2LT picks up where the 1LT left off. While they both have Bluetooth, OnStar and 4G LTE Wi-Fi capability, the 2LT includes a technology package (optional on the 1LT) with an 8-inch touchscreen and a Bose sound system that features nine speakers. The dual-zone climate control creates added comfort for you and your passengers while driving. You can also enjoy the heated and ventilated seats regardless of how hot or cold it gets outside. If you want to add a little something extra, you can always opt for the heated steering wheel, heated and auto-dimming mirrors, and rear parking sensors.

RS

The RS trim package will work on both the 1LT and the 2LT. It adds 20-inch wheels, special headlights, LED taillights and an attractive grille and spoiler to enhance the sporty look of the vehicle. It’s important to note that unlike the new Chevy Camaro 2016, the 2017 has a sleeker body style with tighter proportions. Drivers will immediately notice that the vehicle is smaller, with more of an athletic feel when compared to older versions of the Chevy Camaro.

1SS

1SS

This trim starts out with a bang featuring a 6.2-liter V8 engine. While it comes standard with six-speed manual, there is a downshift function. For an additional cost, you can choose the eight-speed manual driving experience. Twenty-inch wheels, Brembo brakes and a special sports-style suspension system adds to the vehicle’s look and performance. You can even change over to the Track driving mode to get more of a racecar feel. Don’t forget about the rear spoiler, special headlights and improved gauges, all of which make the driver even more convinced that he or she is ready to race.

2SS

The high-end 2SS takes everything included in the 1SS package and adds a little something extra. There are interior features that are sure to get some added attention from both the driver and passengers alike. Always running out of batteries for your phone or other devices? The car offers wireless charging as standard. The Convenience and Lighting package comes standard with this trim. That means that you have 24 different color options when it comes to the interior of your vehicle. There are also memory settings for the driver’s seat, adding to the convenience if more than one person will be driving the car.

1LE: The Elite Track Package

If your dream is to spend your days on a racetrack, the 1LE Elite Track Package is your best bet. It is available on both the SS and LT V6 Coupe models, each one with slight variations that set it apart. This package brings a little something extra to one of the best muscle cars on the market for 2017. It begins with the actual structure of the car, making it lightweight with increased suspension and what can only be described as aggressive tires. When it comes to tracking performance, with all of the features, including its improved brakes and cornering grip, there is a noticeable difference in the way the vehicle handles. Some people just enjoy the ride a Camaro can provide, but for those who can truly tell a difference, the Elite Track Package offers a completely different experience.

ZL1

ZL1

If speed is the only thing that matters, be sure to check out the ZL1 trim package. The supercharged V8 is powerful and offers 640 horsepower. Its stats as far as horsepower and torque are concerned fall only slightly lower that the Corvette Z06 and it comes in at a much lower price point. Most of the trim package entails cosmetic changes, many of which add to the vehicle’s aerodynamics and provide stability at high speeds. It comes with the 2SS features, along with a couple of extras. Plan on going from about zero to 60 miles per hour in right around four seconds.

Check the Chevy Camaro Dealership for the 50th Anniversary Edition

For some, it’s hard to believe that the Chevy Camaro is 50 years old. To celebrate the accomplishment, one of the styles available for a new Chevy Camaro 2017 is the 50th Anniversary Edition. It comes in a coupe or a convertible and stands out with Nightfall Grey Metallic paint. The wheels are unlike others found on the 2017 Camaros or even the new Chevy Camaro 2016 trim options. To ensure that it stands out from the rest, the vehicle comes complete with special Anniversary stripes and exterior badging. The grille is sure to get some added attention because of its chrome accents. The luxurious black leather interior is soft and smooth. As you look around, you’ll notice plenty of special treatments on parts like the steering wheel and seatbacks. It will be available in the 2LT coupe or convertible and 2SS coupe and convertible.
